These terms explain ordering, payment, delivery and support when you shop with us online.

Products and orders

Please check the product description, selected size or colour, quantity and delivery details before submitting your order. Contact us if you need help choosing a product or correcting an order.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment and include GST. You can pay using the payment options displayed at checkout.

Delivery and store pickup

Delivery services, charges and available pickup locations are shown at checkout. Our Shipping Policy explains dispatch, estimated delivery times and collection arrangements.

Wait for your ready-for-pickup email before travelling to collect an order. If a delivery is delayed or missing, contact us so we can help resolve it.

Order changes

For a cancellation or change before dispatch, email info@turkishhomebazaar.com.au with your order number as soon as possible. We will check what can be arranged based on the order’s progress.

Returns and your consumer rights
