Please ask your chosen store about item availability, access requirements or anything else you need to plan your visit. Call ahead on public holidays to confirm opening hours.

Collecting an online order

Choose Melbourne pickup at checkout when available. Online-order pickup from Sydney is not currently available.

Orders placed by 3 pm Melbourne time are normally ready the same day; orders placed after 3 pm are normally ready the next day. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup email before travelling.

Collect during Melbourne store hours and bring your order number and the name on your order. Pickup orders are held for 21 days.

Returns and exchanges

Email us before sending an item back or visiting with a return or exchange request so we can arrange the next steps. In-store exchanges can be arranged at either store. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.
