Change-of-mind refunds and exchanges
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for correctly supplied products that are not faulty. In-store exchanges may be available at our Sydney and Melbourne stores. Please contact us before visiting so we can check the exchange options for your item.
This change-of-mind policy does not limit your rights when a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to meet Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
Contact info@turkishhomebazaar.com.au or 0478 613 285 with your order number or other proof of purchase and a description of the problem. Photos or a short video can help us understand the issue where practical. If you cannot provide them, please still contact us.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Our estimated resolution time is 5–7 business days, depending on the issue and any assessment or return needed. We will let you know if more time is required.
For a major product failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, we will provide a remedy within a reasonable time; further rights apply if the problem is not resolved. These rights also apply to sale items.
Returning an item for assessment
Contact us for the appropriate return or collection arrangements. Original packaging is not required for a faulty-product claim. When a fault is confirmed, we reimburse reasonable return costs; please keep your transport or postage receipts. For faulty items that are large, heavy or difficult to remove, we arrange collection or cover the shipping costs.
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights to other remedies or compensation under Australian Consumer Law. Read more about consumer remedies on the ACCC website.
Order changes before dispatch
To request a cancellation or change before dispatch, email info@turkishhomebazaar.com.au with your order number as soon as possible. We will check the order’s progress and let you know what can be arranged.
