Shipping policy

Delivery within Australia

Our Australian delivery rates are:

Standard delivery: A$11.
Free standard delivery: orders of A$100 or more.
Express delivery: A$15, where offered at checkout.

Available services and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Dispatch and estimated delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day. We do not offer a same-day dispatch service.

Standard delivery: an estimated 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Express delivery: an estimated 3–5 business days after dispatch, where offered at checkout.

Dispatch time is additional to the delivery estimates above. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with your destination and carrier conditions.

Carriers, tracking and packaging

We send orders with Australia Post and United Carriers and provide tracking details after dispatch. Our standard delivery service does not require a signature. We use bubble wrap to protect fragile items.

Store pickup

When Melbourne store pickup is offered at checkout, you can collect your order from 30 Somerton Road, Somerton VIC 3062. Availability depends on the items in your order. Sydney pickup is not currently available.

For items available at our Melbourne store, orders placed by 3 pm Melbourne time are normally ready the same day; orders placed after 3 pm are normally ready the following day. Always wait for your ready-for-pickup email before travelling to the store.

Collect during our Melbourne store’s opening hours and bring your order number and the name on the order. We hold pickup orders for 21 days. If you need help collecting your order, contact the store.
